Assembled vintage doll face pillow

I have assembled a cute doll face decorative pillow using vintage found pieces. This sweet little stockinette mask face doll face part has been given some lovely wavy blond locks and loosely pinned along with a scrap feather onto a vintage found yellow satin pillow. The pillow looks like it was homemade and imperfect with roughly stitched lace along the front edges. I've added some extra lace pieces I happened to have on hand along the center...this lace along with again the doll head are just pinned into place so this will need handled and displayed with care. Pillow is age worn with spots, scratches, pulls and bit lumpy...no zipper or opening on this. *Please note photos.
