Returns and exchange details

All Sales final. Sad Rosetta does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Since items are vintage, used, and at least 20 years old; please note the listings for specific condition details, photos, and measurements. We are happy to answer any questions or send more photos by request. Sad Rosetta wants you to be satisfied with your purchase so please message with any issues or concerns...any return requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

Items are expertly packed for safe arrival. However, if an item does arrive damaged, please keep the package and all included packing materials and box as originally received and contact us within 2 days of delivery. Photos are required since these are proof of damage for the insurance company to file a claim for reimbursement. Additional documentation may be required from you to process a claim for a refund.
