Please allow 2-5 business days for preparing and packing items with larger or more complicated packages needing 5-6 business days. Business days not including weekends or holidays. We are not offering international shipping at this time.

Buyer to pay all shipping costs and is responsible for the correct shipping address. Items returned or arriving back to us marked undeliverable, unclaimed, or returned without prior notification...original shipping costs will be withheld.

Shipping prices and free shipping rates are calculated for US contiguous states only -- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories buyers please contact me before purchase so we can calculate your best shipping method.

Many heavy and oversized items are calculated with a more economical Fedex shipping rate--please message before purchase if you are using a PO box, APO or FPO address...these addresses are subject to additional ship fees if not contacted and shipping cost verified before purchase. Thank you for understanding!

If you need signature delivery/confirmation on your package please contact us so that we can add it to your shipping cost since this is an extra fee charged by shipping companies. Purchases over $750 with shipping will require a signature for delivery which is already included in the listed shipping price.

Please note that any customs, duties, taxes, vat, or any fees over and above the actual ship cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Most affordable USPS First Class delivery estimated 2-8 week delivery and not fully tracked. The full value of the merchandise will be noted on customs form so will not be marked as a "gift" as per legal guidelines.

If the buyer decides to use a freight forwarding company in order to purchase please advise Sad Rosetta is not responsible for delivery and any claims need to be made through the freight company only.
