Vintage mini half doll bust on silk

These are sweet old found vintage pieces I've assembled together. This lovely porcelain lady doll half doll head bust has been pinned onto an old silk ribbon-work piece...unsure what is was originally use for...though has a slit opening along the top with powder-puff type lining on the inside. I've also pinned some little millinery scrap flowers into the doll's holes on either end of her shoulders...also has a little hole along the top of head and on back. Age wear with some spots and scratches to porcelain...imperfect age spotting and tears to silk. *Please note photos
