Antique porcelain masked girl figurine

Lovely old antique masked girl figure with delicate arms away bisque bust, tiny beauty mark, stuffed cushion body underneath and glazed porcelain legs with gold metallic paint. Base is marked underneath 13176 with a little clover. Very unusual gal...unsure if she was originally made this way or assembled together and dressed at a bit later date. Attached wig and pointy pierrette hat and sweet lace trimmed pleated satin skirt with ribbon work rose at waist. 9.75 inch tallest to hat tip. Outfit has some staining and tiny holes on skirt...some little spots and scratches to bisque...slight crinkling to hat and separation to hair...roughly made base with lots of little bumps and spots to finish and looks like a tiny bubble hole underneath. *Please note photos
