Vintage snowman knee hugger

Vintage snowman knee hugger tagged Made in Japan. Super cute fellow in his fun polka dot suit and attached plastic top hat. Looks like someone re-attached his hat since there is some old glue and discoloration along his head. I've added some glue to his loose red ear balls. Has some little marks and stains along his head and worn finish on his nose...some age spotting to his cloth body. *Please note photos
