Antique china doll with blue boots

Antique china doll with porcelain head, hands and wonderful blue heeled boots with painted pink bows along top. Age worn cloth dress with underskirt and found with the little Pansy button added on front. Her cloth body underneath is in nice condition so is probably a newer replacement? 13 inch tall...head to boots. Porcelain parts have some darkening, spots, scratches, worn paint, bumps and blemishes...dress and pantaloons both in poor condition with lots of age darkening, stains and lots of large tattered tears...so overall needs handled with care. *Please note photos
