Vintage miniature handmade pottery medallion sculpture signed Patty on back. Unusual little disc shaped plaque with lady's profile in relief. Glaze finish with mottled bits of dark gold/brown. 4 inch widest across. There is no hanging wire or tab attached on this so needs propped up for display. Shows aged finish with some crazing, spots, little chip along backside edge and little bumps and blemishes from when made. *Please note photos
