Vintage misfit worn knee hugger elf

Vintage marked Japan knee hugger elf with chubby cheeks and hanging string with bell. 6 inch tall sitting. Was originally green though very faded with age. Imperfect with yellowing, spots and tears to hat banding and collar. *Please note photos
