Vintage sewing mini mannequin doll

Vintage Latexture small sewing mannequin doll of composition type material attached to a blue painted wood base. Someone long ago made her pinned on sweet tulle trimmed skirt and pants underneath and her little faux pearl necklace. I've pinned on her little flowers. 13 inch tall with base. Aged and worn with spots, scratches and crackles to finish...dirty stains underside of skirt...looks like a repair to one hand...some cracks to her hands and along tops of arms...arms are a bit loose from torso...overall handle with care. I have not removed her clothing for body condition inspection. *Please note photos
